The NX-22RT offers a cost effective means of adding real time octaves and third octaves to a Class 1 (Rion NL-32) or Class 2 (Rion NL-22) sound level meter. Really useful for specifying hearing defenders, compliance testing where octave or third octave band levels have been specified or any situation where octave of third octave band frequency analysis would add usefully to the assessment of sound level measurements. The data is stored to compact flash as comma separated variable text files which can be opened directly into spreadsheet programs. Excel™ macros are provided free of charge which will format and graph the data for you.
